Perceptive Property

Perceptive Property is a licensed real estate agency established in 2017 by Mitch Whalan to provide selling agency services for the residential lots produced by projects managed by Whalan Consulting.

At Perceptive Property we have the capacity to assess land with development potential (known as englobo land) and market it to an established network of land developers or investors. Our point of difference is that we have developed land ourselves and so have a detailed understanding of the likely costs and risks involved and can present this information to our extensive database of local developers.

Perceptive Property also works with other local agents to promote and sell vacant land.

Mitch Whalan

Mitch has worked in the Perth Property Industry since 1993 in many roles including trainee valuer, commercial property manager, sales representative, project manager and developer.

Mitch holds a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University, a Graduate Diploma of Science from Edith Cowan University and a Post Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia (now FINSIA).

Mitch worked for the WA Government land development agency LandCorp (now DevelopmentWA) for six years managing various land development projects including South Beach in South Fremantle which won a national Urban Development Institute of Australia national award for excellence in 2007.
